We have created a Zulip chat server for participants of Highlights to gather and exchange. It should be the primary channel that is used when organizing the conference, in particular for the HESSS, the HCRW, or for synchronizing the trips. It is also meant to be useable as an exchange platform for the community, independent of the conference itself.

For registering, it is sufficient to fill out the form below, which is here simply to verify that your request is legit. You will receive access via a separate invitation that is sent to the email address you provide. Of course, this space of exchange requires everyone to be well-behaved. Harrassment or any inappropriate behaviour is banned. Once you are registered, the Zulip server can be reached here.
